Ted Acosta is the EY regional managing partner of the Latin America South Region and in charge of supporting the region’s activities and integrating efforts to increase EY’s growth within Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Paraguay, and Uruguay. Prior to leading EY Americas Latin America South Region, Acosta led the EY Americas Risk Management organization, including internal risk assessments, compliance, ethics, privacy, and independence, as well enterprise risk management. He also serves as member of the Global Practice Group.

Facundo Manes is an Argentine neurologist, neuroscientist, and is currently the national deputy pre-candidate for the Province of Buenos Aires.

He has created the Institute of Cognitive Neurology (INECO) and serves as its honorary president. He has also held academic positions such as being the director of the Institute of Neurosciences at the Favaloro Foundation as well as being a rector of the Favaloro University.

Natalio Mario Grinman is the president of the Chamber of Commerce and Services of Argentina (CAC). He first joined the CAC in 1985 and served on the Board of Directors and the Executive Table. He has also held other positions in the public sector, including chief of the Advisory Cabinet of the National Subsecretariat of Ports and Inland Waterways and economic adviser to the governor of Entre Ríos.

Anabel Fernández Sagasti is the incumbent national senator for the Argentine province of Mendoza. Prior to her role in the Senate, Fernández Sagasti served as a national deputy from Mendoza from 2011 to 2015. She has also been the president of the Mendoza chapter of the Justicialist Party since 2020.

Cecilia Nicolini is an adviser to the president of Argentina. Outside of her work with the Argentineexecutive, she is an international consultant with more than 13 years of experience working with governments, politicians, and organizations worldwide. She has managed a presidential campaign, advised governors and mayors, and run an election for an international organization.

Martín Guzmán is the Argentine economy minister. He is an expert on sovereign debt restructuring, with a specific interest in the sovereign debt crises in Argentina and Greece.

Guzmán is also currently a researcher at the Columbia Business School and is Columbia’s director of the Debt Restructuring Program of the Initiative for Policy Dialogue. Alongside Nobel laureate Joseph Stiglitz, he has directed the initiative’s academic training program.

Alexandre Meira da Rosa has been appointed chief strategy officer at IDB Invest, as of March 16, 2021. Before this, Rosa was vice president for countries of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) since July 2014, and previous to that, he held the position of infrastructure and environment manager of IDB since July 2010.

Savita Subramanian is a managing director, head of Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG Research), and head of U.S. Equity & Quantitative Strategy at BofA Global Research. She is responsible for recommending U.S. sector allocations for equities and determining forecasts for the S&P 500 and other major U.S. indices, as well as developing and marketing the firm’s quantitative equity strategy to institutional and individual clients. She also leads Global Research’s Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) efforts.

Juan Carlos Mora was appointed in 2016 as the CEO of Bancolombia, to lead a financial group of roughly thirty thousand employees entrusted with the mission of generating an outstanding experience for more than eleven million clients in Colombia, Panama, Guatemala and El Salvador.

She leads the company’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy and reporting with a depth of focus on climate action programs on the global journey to net zero emissions.
