Join the Women's Hemispheric Network as we celebrate our seventh annual conference in New York City. Conference participants will also have the opportunity to network and join in the conversation during lunch with table leaders. This year's conference will focus on the efforts to challenge the current state of diversity and inclusion for women in the workplace and how men can actively engage and advocate to improve gender representation.

This candid conversation will provide the opportunity for women and men to share their personal stories, ask questions, and offer concrete advice on how to be an effective and empathetic ally in the workplace.
